Job Description
As a Contracts Specialist at The FOX Hub, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of contracts and agreements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to negotiate, draft, and oversee contracts, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Contract Administration:
- Maintain a centralized contract repository, tracking and monitoring contract milestones, renewals, and terminations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate contract execution and resolve any contractual issues.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify and assess contractual risks, proposing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to address complex legal matters within contracts.
Compliance and Auditing:
- Monitor and enforce contract compliance, ensuring that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
- Assist in contract audits and reviews, identifying and rectifying non-compliance issues.
Contractual Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain reports on contract status, performance, and key metrics.
- Provide contract-related data and insights to support decision-making.
Vendor and Partner Relationships:
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders involved in contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role, with expertise in contract management.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
